General Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have no restrictions on overseas travel.
  • Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service (excluding alternative service personnel).

Recruitment Preferences

Applicants eligible for employment protection (veterans and persons with disabilities) are given preference in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.

Prohibited Practices

Principle of Respect for Human Rights

  • The Company respects the fundamental human rights of all employees and prohibits all forms of illegal and involuntary labor, including child labor and forced labor.
  • The Company adheres to the fundamental principles of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and applicable domestic labor laws, and implements them through these regulations and related internal policies.
  • These principles apply not only to directly employed personnel but also to dispatched and contracted workers under the Company’s supervision and management.

Non-Discrimination

  • The Company does not discriminate on any grounds, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, region of origin, family status, pregnancy or childbirth, social status, or political opinion, throughout the entire employment process, such as recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and promotion.
  • The Company does not engage in any unfair or discriminatory treatment in recruitment, HR evaluation, job assignment, or workforce management based on factors such as regional background, academic background, gender, religion, disability, age, family relations (including marital status), political opinion, wages, welfare benefits, pregnancy, childbirth, race, ethnicity, nationality, or place of origin.

Prohibition of Forced Labor

  • The Company does not permit any form of forced labor.
  • Indirect coercion, including violence, threats, detention, withholding of passports or identification documents, non-payment of wages, or restrictions on resignation, is strictly prohibited.

Prohibition of Child Labor

  • The Company prohibits the employment of children under the age of 15.
  • Age verification procedures are conducted and documented during the recruitment process, and related records are retained.
  • When employing workers under the age of 18, the Company strictly complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act, the Youth Protection Act, and the Act on the Promotion of Vocational Education and Training, as well as other relevant protective regulations.

Notices

  • The offer of employment may be rescinded if false information is found in the application documents.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted individually.
  • Recruitment schedules for each announcement may close early depending on circumstances.
  • Final department assignments may be adjusted based on screening results.

Application Document Return Policy

Applicants who are not selected as final successful candidates may request the return of submitted documents.

Retention Period
Documents will be retained for 30 days after the announcement of final successful candidates.
Retention Period
Applicants must complete the Recruitment Document Return Request Form (Form No. 3 under the Enforcement Rules) and submit it via email to recruit@MOTREX.co.kr.
Return Deadline

Returned documents will be sent by registered mail within 14 days of receiving the request, with costs borne by the Company.

* After the retention period, all documents will be securely destroyed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
