Automotive electronics specialist Motrex Co., Ltd. announced its efforts to explore expansion opportunities for its automotive electronics product line targeting local service and parts channels in Brazil.
Motrex’s Brazilian subsidiary attended a conference jointly hosted by Hyundai Motor Brazil (HMB) and Hyundai Mobis, which was organized for local dealerships, service centers, and parts representatives. At the event, Motrex introduced its key automotive electronic products.
The conference gathered approximately 400 participants, including Hyundai dealerships and HMB and Hyundai Mobis service and parts professionals from across Brazil. Throughout the event, major suppliers presented their products and solutions to the local service and parts market.
Motrex Brazil attended the event based on its experience in supplying 8-inch AV products to the local automotive market. The company showcased its current supply products and core automotive electronics product line to dealerships and service and parts representatives, seeking opportunities to propose additional products to post-sales service and parts channels.
At the conference, Motrex introduced a range of automotive electronics products, including its 8-inch AV product, Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) systems, dash cams, and EV chargers. The company confirmed strong interest from local dealerships in its convenience and infotainment product lines, particularly RSE systems. Moving forward, Motrex Brazil plans to work in close cooperation with local sales organizations to propose and supply these products.
Motrex has accumulated experience in supplying vehicle interior and exterior interface products such as In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Audio Video Navigation (AVN) systems, RSE systems, and external displays. The company also has notable references in the field, having supplied key components—including infotainment systems, RSE, and external displays—for Hyundai Motor Group’s autonomous robotaxi projects, as well as for special-purpose mobility solutions and vehicle display systems.
A representative from Motrex stated, “The Brazilian market is a region where demand for service and parts after vehicle sales is crucial, emphasizing the need to expand relationships with local dealerships and service networks. Through our Brazilian subsidiary, we will continue to propose automotive electronic products tailored to local market needs and actively seek opportunities to expand our presence within service and parts channels.”
