This campaign is driven by the voluntary participation of employees. Through various initiatives such as payroll donations and matching grants, employees collectively contribute with compassion, fostering a corporate culture of giving and generating positive change in local communities.
This internal charity auction features personal belongings and everyday items voluntarily donated by employees. The program promotes environmental protection and resource circulation through the reuse of goods, with all proceeds donated to support underprivileged communities and foster a culture of sharing.
This group blood donation campaign supports efforts to address national blood supply shortages caused by low birth rates and an aging population, while promoting respect for life. Through the voluntary participation of executives and employees, MOTREX leads efforts to foster a culture of blood donation that helps save lives.
MOTREX carries out diverse activities in partnership with local children's centers to support the healthy development of children and youth, who represent the future generation. MOTREX successfully concluded “Ma-eum Moa Moa MOTREX”
a meaningful donation campaign made possible through the voluntary and heartfelt participation of its employees.
The campaign was designed to bring together the caring spirit of MOTREX employees to share hope with underprivileged
neighbors while also contributing to the circular use of resources through the reuse of unused items.
Despite their busy schedules, many employees visited the event with arms full of donated items
and actively took part in sharing that can help brighten someone’s tomorrow.
All donated items carefully collected through the campaign were delivered to Goodwill Store,
a vocational rehabilitation facility for people with disabilities.
The donated items will be resold through Goodwill Store locations, and the proceeds will be used to support job creation
and economic independence for workers with disabilities.
Moving forward, MOTREX will continue to actively identify and carry out a wide range of social contribution initiatives to
help build a more inclusive society and to practice sincere ESG management as part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
