Key Social Contribution Activities

MOTREX carries out employee-driven social contribution activities to strengthen its responsibilities as a corporate citizen.

Employee Donation Campaign

This campaign is driven by the voluntary participation of employees. Through various initiatives such as payroll donations and matching grants, employees collectively contribute with compassion, fostering a corporate culture of giving and generating positive change in local communities.

Employee Charity Auction

This internal charity auction features personal belongings and everyday items voluntarily donated by employees. The program promotes environmental protection and resource circulation through the reuse of goods, with all proceeds donated to support underprivileged communities and foster a culture of sharing.

Employee Blood Donation Campaign

This group blood donation campaign supports efforts to address national blood supply shortages caused by low birth rates and an aging population, while promoting respect for life. Through the voluntary participation of executives and employees, MOTREX leads efforts to foster a culture of blood donation that helps save lives.

Volunteer Activities with Local Children's Centers

MOTREX carries out diverse activities in partnership with local children's centers to support the healthy development of children and youth, who represent the future generation. Through employee-led initiatives such as educational mentoring, cultural experience programs, and the renovation of aging facilities, the Company supports children's dreams and aspirations.

Support for Vulnerable Groups

The Company identifies and provides practical assistance to vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots, including seniors living alone, youth-headed households, and low-income families. Through seasonal support programs (e.g., holiday and extreme weather relief), housing environment improvements, and other initiatives, the Company actively practices community care while promoting shared growth with local communities.

Donation Funds

Donation funds jointly raised by employees and the Company are managed and executed in a transparent and fair manner. MOTREX identifies priority areas of social need and provides timely support to ensure meaningful and positive social impact.

A Heartwarming Year-End Initiative Created by Employees and the Company: Junior Board Charity Event Held and Proceeds Donated

At the end of 2025, MOTREX successfully held a year-end charity event organized by its Junior Board to wrap up

the year on a meaningful note and foster a corporate culture of mutual growth with the local community.

Held at MOTREX headquarters, the event went beyond simply raising donations and featured a variety of interactive programs

designed to allow employees to enjoy themselves while naturally taking part in sharing.

The venue featured a range of activities throughout the day, including a sharing photo booth and snack package sales,

with all proceeds donated in full; a donation roulette and prize draw offering generous prizes such as coffee vouchers;

and the pickup of charity auction items, which drew enthusiastic participation from employees.

In particular, the event became even more meaningful as MOTREX added a corporate donation to the valuable proceeds raised through

the active participation of employees, bringing the total donation to KRW 5 million.

The full amount was donated to Saerongi Saenami House, a welfare facility that supports unmarried mothers and their children.

Saerongi Saenami House provides a meaningful living and support environment where unmarried mothers can live with their children under the age of

three while receiving vocational training and other assistance for independent living.

MOTREX was also grateful to hear that last year’s donation was used to support developmental therapy for children at Saerongi Saenami House

and made a significant contribution to the language development of two children.

This year’s donation will likewise be used where it is most needed, including psychological counseling for resident mothers and programs to strengthen family relationships.

We sincerely thank all MOTREX employees who took part with warm hearts despite the busy year-end season.

Moving forward, MOTREX and the Junior Board will continue to foster a healthy culture of sharing in which employees can participate with enjoyment,

while carrying out a variety of social contribution initiatives that promote mutual growth with the local community.

Thank you.
